I've got nitrogen in my tyres (my local place asked me to 'test' it for them, so got it free) and to be honest, I can't really tell the difference.

Does it really have any impact when being used on a car that's only on-road?

So just to clarify.......The benefit of this service is the "air" stays in your tyres for longer? That's it?? It costs a minimum of a tenner a car when at absolute most you need to pay 20p (most places are free) to top your tyres up with standard air?

Come on what a totally unnecessary waste of money! It isn't as if it stops punctures or slow leaks, gives improved handling or infact any real benefit at all!

Interesting. http://www.tyresave.co.uk/nitrogen.html

Seems to suggest that there's absolutely no benefit at all for road tyres.
