What does the informed Audi fan think i should bid on it ?

You're right - I was offered a delivery mileage 09 Avant for 'very low 60s' back in the summer, so be honest, I don't think £59k is all that cheeky.

Dealers were allowed to write back their by price on new, unsold cars by 30k to allow them to sell without making a loss (a lot of dealers stood to take a big hit on cancelled orders etc.) - it wasn't that Audi reduced the retail price by 30k.

Ah ok I misunderstood BUT its still a factor, I think £59 on a pcp is fair and they can quote against my bank on the pcp

christ 30k off - on that basis i got stiffed paying 58k for an ex-demo '08 avant back in jan this year, as list would have been no more than 75k.

even so, imho for circa 60k it's a lot of car for yr money. i love mine.

That's where I ended up - I'm waiting until Spring.
(Although I'll probably give in while suffering post Christmas blues.)
