Decent router planner website ?

Is there a site that gives you plenty of options for a chosen route ?
ie: Avoid traffic, scenic routes, A/B routes etc

Most of them don't really combine enough options.

Google maps ? It offers a choice of routes, and you can drag the route around to customise it as much as you like.
