Portraits with big flash kit
Discussion
Had a session with Damien Lovegrove's Broncolor Mobil flash kit. Very nice but expensive. Has anybody got experience of any cheaper alternatives?

Good photography, some nicely styled shots there.
I dont think you're going to get cheap kit thats powerful, portable and can do what you want it to unless you go speedlights. Bowens Gemini, Elinchrom Ranger etc - it's the battery packs that are going to do you over
I was watching a Joe McNally video the other night on Kelby and he was doing some decent stuff with just one or two SB900's, an umbrella and a bedsheet. He was shaping the light quite nicely in some cases as well, interesting to watch.
