tesco deal for COD6....

i've heard this off a guy who works at the tesco HQ and he's talked about two emails which have circulated...

the first is of buying mw2 for £35 standard edition

the second is spend £50 instore on shopping and get it for £10

yeah alot of people were surprised by that too.

i think they'll advertise it but will only have a limited amount of copies on for sale like they did with fifa

they'll announce it as a weekend offer and surprise surprise their next delievery comes in monday morning.

it'll get people goin into the store at least

given that every time I've ever took advantage of any Tesco 'offers', such as two for one, etc only to then get to the check out and not have the discount applied, I too call bks

I will probably be getting it from GAME at midnight if its open, I have 3 of them to choose from, but no Tesco! Weird huh.

You must be the only person in the country not buried knee deep in Tescos / Tescos Metros / Tescos Petrol. I have 6 with 10 minutes drive in any direction, obviously the world domination doesn't include your kneck of the woods.

Blimey, are Tesco aware that there is an area in the UK where they don't have a store?

There is one on the other side of the city. I don't have a car, and I can't be bothered paying for a taxi. And i'm certainly not walking for ~2 hours to get it! I have a Morrisons nearby, I don't know how clued-up they are on games in there though.
