best place for a scrapped car?

someone i know has somehow managed to crash his car on the M1 and wrote it off, no being only 3rd party he wont get a penny from the insurers so hes having the car towed back here and hoping to get 50quid or something for it, just wondering if anyone knows the best place for getting a scrapper picked up and if possible get some dosh for!
located in LE67 area so around loughborough, leicester kinda way.

Things have probably changed recently, but one use to have to pay 25 quid or so to get someone to take a scrap car away.

Get on the Leicester section of Gumtree, there are a few offering £75 ish for scrappers

Has he stripped anything of value from it first?

thanks guys, hes been offered 60quid from a scrappy which i told him to take but hes stuck it up on ebay for the same amount even though its cost him 10quid to list, dumbass! i would quite happily give it away but its not my car and him being a skint student wants ever penny he can get.
