Warfield is pretty nice actually - Doesn't feel like a part of Bracknell.

Warfield, Binfield, Winkfield, Chavey Down, The Warren and Martins Heron are all close to Bracknell but still nice areas.

Temple Park and Jennetts Park are quite nice too. Jennetts Park has just gone up near the A329m. Sits on the back road to Wokingham

Jennetts Park won't suit Charlie - too much house, not enough space...

I live in Warfield and really like it. You can get anywhere fairly quickly, even in rush hour, but it's still a quiet village. It's close to Bracknell if you want to pop into town too. I live over near the Cricketers and depending on where you're coming from it can appear that you live in a little village in the middle of nowhere or just on the outside of town.

Is that 2nd house really Warfield though, map makes it look decidedly Bracknellish....much like I used to claim South Chelsea when I lived in Battersea biggrin (I didn't really... well not often)

very inner edge of Warfield.....actually it's not too bad where it is. Not so sure about walking distance to the station though. Quite a walk on a cold wet winters morning.

"Walk"...."Train"..?? ... I can't see Charlie being overly concerned hehe

A slightly more serious concern however would be are you sure you want to live in an estate/close situation Chuckles?.. I don't mean that in a derogatory way, just that with multiple cars, some aesthetically challenging and the mindset of a lot of people who do live in these sorts of places, I just bet you would get snotty notes about number of car, noise etc etc. Sure you can tell em to bugger off etc but it does get a bit boring and it's not nice living somewhere if your neighbours end up hating you. Dean is right in many way, a bit more space and ideally a bit more private would be better... especially if you go ahead with your plan for a Ural hehe

No, I don't want to live in estate/close really, but finding a more remote house is proving a bit difficult in my price bracket.

This is the present winner, but its about 40K more than i can afford, they may be open to offers.

I know they're probably not in the right area but they are non estatey houses with room for stuff.
