XK and XF sat-nav disc: 2009/10 upgrade

I have not upgraded sat-nav DVDs before. My XJ had been upgraded from 2003 to 2006/7 discs and I understand the upgraded actually changed other features like graphics and being able to input routes whilst on the move.

So, for my March 2008 XKR, if I buy the 2009/10 XF/XK discs a). will they work(!), and b). anyone know if any other changes creep into the system beyond the newer maps?

(I have notice quite a few newer roads missed off my current discs and it's been bugging me).

Apparently this disc set is correct for my car. You just feed in the DVD and it all loads up. If there are any issues or if there's any exciting features etc I will let you all know.

Speed cameras alerts would be good

You're obsessed with camera alerts! I tell you what to try - Road Angel Professional, £200 ish. I have to say I am very impressed, it is really configurable, and it picks up satellites in an instant. Although I did get a dirty speeding fine the first weekend I used it (mobile scamera van).
