Remake of Nightmare on Elm Street

Saw trailer of this on weekend. looks really good, and is directed by Micheal Bay. so if you like his films should be great.

No Robert Englund in eh... not impressed by that, however I will still check it out since the originals were ace.

It seems that remakes of 70s/80s slashers is very much in vogue at the moment. In the last few years we've had remakes of The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, Friday 13th, Halloween and plenty more.

Also, it's directed by some bloke called Samuel Bayer who has previously only done music videos still, didn't stop Rob Zombie from doing a fairly decent rehash of Halloween so I shall reserve judgement.

They been trying to remake Christine for a while.
But non of us are helping this time round
