Hi all,

Looking for a decent lock/chain to be used in an outdoor shed that itself is not that secure. I have a secure fixing to the floor in the shed and the lock won't be transported so size and weight is not really an issue. I want something heavy duty that you would need a welding torch to get through and will resist bolt cutters and tooled up chancers.

Cheers,

BTC

You need to go to a Motorbike shop (Hein Gericke for example) and buy the biggest baddest Krptonite they have.

yes Almax chains are very good and high quality but also quite expensive.

I upgraded last year to the new series IV chain and am very pleased with it but it means that I have a 2m metre length of series III chain going spare. I can do you a good price if you are interested and local to London?

If the OP is not interested I probably would be. I'll let him have first dibs though as he asked the question.
