A Sovereign 5 speed will be as rare as rocking horse poo - the manual was usually sold in poverty spec. with the samller engine, cloth seats, steel wheels and no air con.

You could try carandclassic.co.uk, Robert Hughes and jagads.

Why a manual 'tho - have you driven one?

Ah, Manual not manual.

Ebay? or JDHT for the original service manual? Heynes manual? Don't buy any old "service guide" from ebay 'tho - mostly they are complete rubbish.
