280i Spring rates for coilovers

I think I've decided to go with Avo coilovers up front since Steve won't sell us his GAZ set up. What type of spring rate would you recommend for the coil? I was thinking in the 300-350 range. Car will be mostly stock, looking for a decent daily driver with some track days or autoxing. Rears I already have an Aldan shock with approx a 150-200lbs spring.
