Carbon Sheets - Aberdeen?

I am stripping my car interior this week and looking to make up carbon door cards, maybe 3mm thick??? Anyone any experience of different thicknesses?

I can buy them online but p&p is expensive with the potential of them arriving damaged

So... anyone know if there is a supplier of carbon sheets around the Aberdeen area?
