E46 convertible letting in water,Help

My wifes E46 convertible 2001 with 42,000miles is leaking water in to the boot,when I have the hood 1/2 way up I can see into the hood storeage space it is also very wet,has anyone had this happen and what do about it.Any ideas would be appreciation.

Could someone please help me with this!Her indoors cant use the boot to put the shopping in.

You may be able to see the drain holes if you stop the top halfway
