Rally end of Nov, going through denbigh any info?

Hi, my mother lives in a very remote place near denbigh, theres a rally going past the house at about 1:20 am, i think its around the 20th nov.She had to sign a form to say her car wont be in the way lol. Does anyone have any info on this event?
