Folks,

Looking for a small, cheap car (£500 or less im hoping) thats MOT'd and Taxed so i can take part in the North East 25 Classic Rally this weekend. Anything considered, preferably something nippy with good tyres and a tight handbrake!

If anyone has a car they are looking to get rid of, or knows of 1 please let me know! I opnly need ot for the weekend, and if it survives, i will look to sell on! Ive been looking in Saturdays Scot Ads and Gumtree etc

Now that would have been good - what i forgot to post is that (for some reason) it has to be 2 wheel drive! I have an Impreza and a Trooper so cant use my road cars.

The road rally on the Saturday night is part of it but there's a series of offroad tests on private land on the Satruday and Sunday - the car will get a bit of abuse!

I dont particularly want to travel far outside Aberdeen (perth would be the limit).

Appreciate the responses and if anyone does have something to offer, please let me know.

Dont want to offend you by making a silly offer! I'd probably be able to stretch to about £800 for a car like that - instead of selling after the weekend, im sure it would be a good little track car with a few mods!

that was my intention but another lotus on the scene and my existing track car eating funs has meant this is sat in my garage doing nothing. i was in two minds as its bloody immaculate, almost to good to gut for track use! if you really are interested i am willing to chat on price. give me an email tallywhacker1059@aol.com

sorry for the hijack!
