A few people in my extended family are/were reasonably well known.

Robin Nedwell was one of the lesser known ones. ( I had to give him because the I like the picture )



On one side of the family was Henry Ayers, most commonly known for being the guy that Aussies named Ayers Rock after.

None actually in the family, but a few tenuous claims...

Albert Finney's sister used to babysit me when I was a kid.

My ex-girlfriend was related to Francis Drake on one side of her family and Charles Dickens on the other. Ironically, Drake's relative and privateer contemporary, Richard Grenville, used to own my parent's farm.
