diff oil for a sag

This is probably one for graham V, I have mislaid my trusty sag manual and I need to change the oil in my diff as I have recently had a 3.73 diff fitted, Anyone know what oil is needed and how much, also is it a straight forward job. Many thanks in advance. (Apologies for grammer as im pissed)

1.5 litres of 80/140w is what is on my bill from Str8six fromthe 12k service I had on my Tamora a week or so ago, I assume they use the same
