New Chassis?

Any know if its possible to get a new chassis for a late 1998 Chimaera ?

Thoughts are if its is possible to get one then re build on the new one and then have mine serviced once its off and sell on?

Anyone out there do P/X on chassis

Or is it a case of pigs might fly and oh what was that overhead !!

theres one on fleabay but has a slight twist in the front might be worth a look

I thought Sportmotive were making complete replacement chassis?

Speak to Sportmotive, I believe they can make them up in normal or upgraded guise...

You can buy new a chassis via any Multipart approved dealer/indie.

Yep its sportmotive but a new chassis is not cheap like 3k+, me I am about to don my tools and do a body off.... will I regret it ? found a place in Peterborough to hot zinc and epoxy.

why not nylon coat as per the race cars......... Tom's Dad did this and it looks a very robust finish

Beware Nylon coating on a road car... if the water get's in it will run between the metal and plastic and in no time will have rusted up good and propper... this stuff even holds the water in...
