alarm blipper works!!

recently read the thread on chim forum titled'alarm blipper not doing its thing',and finally i can lock my griff,first time every time.i now know to hold the button on the blipper for a pause of 1 or 2 seconds and the car locks!-simple isnt it?!!
for the 18 months ive had my griff ive allways been fed up with pressing the blipper several(sometimes many)times to get the car to lock and thought it was just temperemental.i tried aiming it in all directions suggested by many including dealers,specialists etc.but obviosly the cure was more simple.never found any help in the tvr handbook though
