K155 GTO for £3745

There are loads of 'V X GTO' prefixes left.

Which is SHOCKING when K155 GTD is only £490 direct from the DVLA!

Steve - have you modded your focus RS ? is it the Mk1 or Mk2 ?

i have tuned quite a few of them over the years - best result was 416 bhp, had to abort the clutch started to slip

Mk2. No real mods just yet just a few cosmetic.

Items are starting to appear now so after the wife gets her conservatory i might be allowed some mods.

That's quite good, but only if you illegally space it - otherwise it's N88 LEU and that does not look like anything. Have you had a tug from plod yet ?

Best plate I have ever seen on a Noble, was my friend Dave's. GTO 3R.

Went with the car when he sold it, did offer him £1,250 for it, but the new owner offered more.

Anyone on here have it?

Car was written off a couple of months ago (fire)
I did a deal with him for the plate but cannot get
in touch with him since. Not answering phone or emails,
maybe chucked himself off a bridge from losing his pride
and joy. He really sounded gutted. I`ll keep trying, yer never know.

Sticking closely to the model designation only IMHO the tops (existing numbers only) are:

M12 model line...
GTO 3R:
1. GTO 3R (gotta be the tops!)
2. V6 GTO OK mate? biggrin

M12 GTO 2.5 and 3.0:
1. M12 GTO

M400 line...
1. M400 GTO - does this exist? - if not then...
1. M400 GTD (used to be Vernon Kaye's)

Thoughts? type

No, not yet. I've seen nobles with bike rear and front plates, they have had no problems. Yes it is illegal, but it is still readable.I resisted the temptation to place the plate fixing bolt in the middle of the first 8. Its that sort of messing that will get you tugged. Have to admit though, I will not past the fuzz on any road, unless I have to, to reduce the risk. Just to add, I was at a recent pistonheads meet a few weeks back and we were visited by the local plod. They were traffic, so were very interested in the cars on show, I had a very nice chat with one of them about my car (number plate in full view) it never got a mention, they have more things to worry about, but I wouldn’t recommend messing with the letters/numbers
