Any sparks in - advice on transformer required

Hi folks, I have a fried transformer in a 3 spot halogen ceiling light and need a replacement, but the original manufacturer won't supply any less than 500 units from China, so I was hoping someone could point me in the direction of a retailer where I could buy an equivalent.

Its an Anchorn AET 3202CT, 0.25A 11.5V 10-60W (COS:0.98 whatever that means), the round type that fits into the rose of the light, but if need be I could pop the replacement up inside the roof void if it was bigger in size.
