Shower & Bath running water problems

Hi, have installed a bath and a shower, the shower works from a combi boiler and is OK but the control has to be full on hot for a hot shower. When filling the bath the water does not run hot enough, I understand I need a throttle in the cold supply as the mixer is getting too much cold water. Can I buy such a part from a plumbers merchants ? Any advice welcome.

The boiler hasn't been commissioned correctly. It should have been set up with a flow cup and thermometer to give the correct temperature rise and flow rate. Have a look in the instruction book for how to do it.

Turn up the hot water temp on the boiler.
