Hi
I thought I would post this here as well as GG.
I've had a look on google etc and it has not thrown up much, but does anyone know if there is a company that can either hire out a Viper for the day or some sort of wedding car co that has one on their books?

Thanks all.

Yeah I'd heard something about a wedding guy but when I searched all I could find was a black SRT10 in Germany for hire. I'm not sure if anyone hires out their Viper to be honest...

Hoy tongue out

Now I was thinking along the lines of Groom = 91 car, Bride = 92 car smile Now that would look good with BOTH cars outside the Church biggrin

Don't want to poor oil on that but check the insurance as you are not insured for hire or reward so your policy would be bumped up a bit/lot.

I think that can be circumvented by not receiving any reward officially. It'd have to be an unofficial payment of some kind that couldn't be traceable i.e. a brown envelope or some beer tokens. I guess that all gets a bit cloak and dagger if you're talking about a fair bit of cash. I seem to remember the German SRT-10 was up for €/£700 ish per day...

Thanks all for your responses.

My Father in Law had a stroke recently, but is way on his way to recovery now and will be coming home very shortly.
He is a top bloke and since I have known him all he has talked about is Vipers (and the Arsenal!).
It is his dream car and I just think it would be a nice thing to do if I could organise a drive for him any which way to cheer him up.
He is based in Yately in Surrey, if anyone thinks of any company or someone that could help then you would make a family very happy.
Naturally there will be beer tokens etc supplied.

Cheers
Mark

Again with my BIB past I can tell you that its easy pickings for no insurance this one for straight out of Training School.

Passenger has tails and a top hat, you don't know his full name or have his phone number or can even provide any proof that he is 'Just a Friend'.Just a few more Q & A's the stick you on with a producer or process you on the spot 6 points and in an expensive car I would think 1-1.2 K fine.

And God Forbid if you injured someone.

I know the brown envelope happens, but so do they.
