As my grandfather is moving house I need to figure out what to do with a case of the bove which has been stored in his cellar. The case is sealed, and it has been correctly stored since it was purchased but I can't find much info online as to what I should do with it - drink it, sell it or keep it?

I don't really drink port as I struggle to get through a bottle before it starts to go off but if it's worthless I'll obviously give it a try!

So, over to you guys, is Bebs around? biggrin

Wine-Searcher.com finds half bottles at £37. Not a universally declared vintage, see http://www.thevintageportsite.com/vintage.aspx/198...

I think, with it being '82 the best thing to do is drink it.

You might find various references on line for that bottle with a price but to sell just one odd case is a different matter.

Well you've picked the right time of year to sell a bottle of Port or two.

There's bound to be a few people interested in it, whether for further storage or consumption.

If all else fails can you just stick it on ebay - buyer collects, see what happens!?
