Nominate yourself or someone you know to become tool of the week for something exceptionally stupid.

For instance someone i work with was tool of the week last month for driving his combine into a telegraph pole.

I WIN... split with the mrs, not slept since friday, got ttted and fell of my unicycle (don't ask) and busted my foot, started an affair with a client, her boyfriend (who i didn't know existed) found out, my best mate started a fight with me because he's a bad drunk and the client is due over in 1/2 hour for a bit more how's your daughter

Set up CNC machine today big lump of graphite on a jig plate. Set an checked all the tools set the datum tool at the base of the graphite went to press the spindle up button and instead pressed the button to send it to the centre of the job thus destroying £100 pounds worth of graphit and cutter in about 1 second!

Many years ago I had only been working at a company for a few weeks when I was asked to program a job on a CNC mill with a 4th axis,eager so show that I knew what I was doing to the Guv'nor who was watching I got my X- confused with X+ and ran the head into the 4th axis @26 metres a minute.

today i put 3-4 days delivery on a quote, when i actually meant 3-4 weeks
