gearbox removal help please

got everything off. all bolts are out bars cut out the side. but there is a upright its hitting on now. can anyone give any ideas to hep get it out thank you

Have you tried rotating the gearbox so it clears the upright?

Round off the rear two lugs on the back of the gearbox, remove the engine mounting bolt which allows you to slide the engine back another inch,if the offside drive shaft is preventing the engine being moved, slacken off the bottom bolts on the offside lower wishbone this to allow the driveshaft to be pulled clear. It will still need a bit of rotating and tilting.

i got it about half inch off the engine. cant turn it or anything its like it needs another inch. ill try again today. needed rest from it yesterday. any other bits off help i will be most thankfull for. what you take off the car to help. i took starter off and couple pipes. thanks again
