Hope to be pressing the "confirm booking" button later this week.

Looking at the dedicated Team Langoustine camp site.

Is it worth the extra?

Always been on Camping Bleu before, but getting a bit older now, and cash less of an issue (but I am from Yorkshire) smile

I've only done Houx annex and the TK camp site and for me it's worth it

Scratch that, I've just found for myself, LD Lines for £98, fantastic price!

I've been looking at Portsmouth Britanny Ferries for £200!

Its a good deal on their new fast craft. Usually do a good 10 day trip down there. I think it will soon be booked up lol. Its also a nice drive into Le-Mans from the port.

Nope but when you live on the south coast it's a bit of a trek wink

Last time I went I was living in Hertfordshire, an hour to Dover, an hour across and 6 hours down but only £70 return with Speedferries.

I'm now in Plymouth but the rest of my team are in Portsmouth. I could get the overnight from PLym but it's another 5 hours on the other side and it's several hundred quid.

Much rather 2 and a bit hours up to portsmouth, have a break, collect team, take cheaper ferry and and then only spend 2.5 hours on the wrong side of the road on the other side.

Just booked the LD Lines fastcraft - Booking the motorhome saved £140 over Brittany Ferries! Excellent! bounce

If your looking at booking be careful - the conventional ferry is not available for booking for some reason so only option at the mo is the fastcraft. May well be booked up even faster...
