I really feel for him as, like I suspect was the case with Button, this was his last chance to win the WDC.

Such a shame really because if there's no other guy on the grid who really deserves it, it's him. After all the years at Ferrari as well.

I think you would be right! He is the gentleman of F1. A true old fashioned sportman who's feet are firmly on the ground. He has just never had his time, he has always been out done yet he has always taken defeat graciously. Good job Rubens

Agreed. Top bloke, although I didnt like his outburst earlier this year but his comments afterwards (its like a marriage etc) sorted it.

Rubens was fantastic, and I can only hope he makes the williams more competitive next season as he does deserve a championship winning car.

Yep, am very impressed with Rubens attitude all year he's racing for the love of it and is obviously enjoying it. He's also driving better than he ever has before. I followed him from his Jordan days, but to be honest didn't think he still had a season like that in him. Was glad to be proved wrong as he has been a breath of fresh air this year.

Well done Rubens, Jenson, all at Brawn and F1 in general. What a great year its been. Off track crap aside.

Yep, I've already said on another thread, I was most impressed by him.

He pulled up alongside Jenson and applauded him whilst Jenson was doing a "lap of honour" type thing before heading into the pits. He then comes over and congratulates him again when they are out of the cars.

What a gent, and what a superb human being, shows people how things should be done.

Lets not get carried away, His Blah,Blah,Blah remarks were a disgrace and rumours of keeping set-up changes that would have helped Jenson(his team mate)were also questionable.
