Front speaker replacing

After my tyres and wheel refurb I am looking into replacing the front door speakers, I have searched the threads but with no luck on the info, perhaps someone may know.

What is the max depth of speaker that can be fitted?

Does the door panel have to come off or can does the speaker grill come off easy?

Also what ohms does the speakers have to be?

If someone has changed their front speakers, what make did they install?

If you do a search on S600vxr author you should find something about this as Ive replaced all mine, mind you if your not changing the head unit then you will be limited to 2ohm speakers which are few and far between now!
