Interesting development and Bernies Godfather quote is hilarious but i guess will just add to the drama next year
Nelson Piquet Jr, Pedro de la Rosa and Bruno Senna are on the Campos Grand Prix shortlist for next year.
Brazilian Piquet's F1 future has been in doubt ever since his acrimonious departure from Renault and the Singapore crashgate scandal.
However, it appears he may get a second chance as Spanish outfit Campos have confirmed that they have held talks with him.
Team owner Adrian Campos told news agency EFE: "I spoke with Nelsinho Piquet in Nice three weeks ago and it's still a possibility.
"We also have Pedro as an option, but we need to reach an agreement and the issue is dragging on. Hopefully, though, he will be one of our drivers. He would like to stay on at McLaren as test driver but we're not closing the door."
F1 supremo Bernie Ecclestone has also recently given his support to Piquet.
"I would like to see him on the grid again," he told EFE. "He is a talented boy who has gone through a difficult period. If I can help it, I will. I am friend of them (father and son). I saw Nelsinho as a baby and I am like his godfather."

t time at Benetton and Renault but then come back. Flav nearly broke JB there but recently young Button has been in some good form...Grosjean's (sp?) performances have certainly made Jr. look better though, would be interesting to see how he performs outside of the Flavio regieme, there have certainly been indications in the past that some drivers have found his team environment to be unhealthy, look at how well Button has done or the improvements in Heikki etc.
