Overpriced Defender?

I remember speaking to the bloke who was selling this well over a year ago for about £16,000 (i think!) and then it appeared on the website below for over £20,000.

It is still there over a year later............how do these gusy justify the price for this vehicle? I just sold my Defender with a lot more on it than that one for £11,000 and it was an 02 with 56,000 miles. I really can't see where the extra £9000 comes in.
