I had a set of SPD pedals supplied with my bike (Crank Brothers Acid's) which I changed for flats - anyway just got round to putting them up for sale and someone has asked whether they include cleats?

What are cleats? Are they what screw to your shoes? or are they the spring clips which your shoes clip into?

Thanks

Tom

The cleats are the bit you screw to the base of the shoe.

Should they be included with the pedals or are they a one size fits all type of thing?

I thought they normally came with the pedals, otherwise your shoes would come with a set of cleats for each of the different pedal types?

Sorry. They come with the pedals. Usually 1 pair, though you can buy spares in all good LBS's.
