Hi I'm Tom,

I shot the recently posted video of the euro finals top fuel semi finals. I'm currently in the process of uploading many FIA drag racing videos from Santa Pod. Check out my new video of Robert Joosten's crash in May:

Happy drag racing viewing!

It was not a good year for the Dutch Pro Mods
more then 50% of the Dutch P/M cars severly damaged

Marc Meihuizen Firebird was badly damaged at Hockenheim in the pre start incident

And here is David Vegters Camaro getting rearended

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=D9WyBJ1Zf_w

Marc's and David's car will be rebuild at ARRC this winter
and Robert is having a new 70 Camaro built at G-Force in the VS

Yeah you're right 2009 hasn't been great for the Dutch pro mod drivers has it!? It's a shame we never saw Marc Meihuzen at the euro finals. He's my favourite smile! Anyone know what ever happened to his old car?

I so hope we see more cars and high 5 second runs in 2010!

Huh ? Robert getting a new Car(maro) again ?
I thought he had just got the grip/tuneup on his current, 1yr old ride ?
Regards,
Benni

Marc Meihuizen still owns the flamed 37 Coupe and he is looking for a new owner.
His best ET with this Chevy is a 6.18, a time he has not yet improved on with the Firebird

The Firebird took a big hit in the Hock pre start incident and was most damaged of all 3 cars involved
In his last run at Hockenheim he blew his billet Hemi (total loss from the manifold down)
The carbon front and doors of the car the car plus the complete wiring where ruined in the fire

I ment Robert Joosten (not Koper) who's Corvette was totalled at Main Event
G-Force is building him a Cynergy 70 Camaro this winter
and his plan are to test at Valdosta early next year with help from Oddy and G-Force
