Probably better to get a decent QUALITY of the peg suit. Then pop over to a good tailors for him to fit it up properly for you

You run the risk of the craftsmenship being poor with these. Tbh all they are going to do is alter a standard base suit anyway.

I bought a suit from these guys about 4 years ago when they where only a small firm, and it was an Amazing suit. It fitted perfect and it was styled just as I ordered.

Sorry to hijack, but my question isn't worth it's own thread!

Can anyone recommend a tailor, perhaps in Manchester, to adjust a suit I own? It's only a few months old, and cost a fair bit, but I've lost weight and it's now too big for me. Anywhere around the North West would be great, as long as they're good.

My other half uses a polish place in city centre. Not much to look but Always busy when I've been and she speaks highly of their skills. It's a few doors along from groucho grill. Don't know if they do suits though.

Other option is to call the shop you you got It from and ask for a recommendation.
