I thought Richard Dawkins, where he proves that God is in fact a pork pie.
Next thread - foodstuffs that sound like books. I suppose 'Catch 22' could be about fish...

They are quite dense. You should cut it in half, remove meat, remove jelly and replace jelly with salad cream or pickle and then re-assemble pie.
Or try one of those curry filled halal pork pies....

Was out shopping and fancied a pork pie for lunch. Looked at the tiny ones - too small, would be gone in a mouthful. Bought a bigger one instead - looked just right.
Halfway through the bugger and I'm full! What is it with pork pies?
The suet pastry. It's very, very rich. All that fat content. Makes you feel stuffed.Halfway through the bugger and I'm full! What is it with pork pies?
Which is good because they have more calories in them than you can shake a stick at.
I love pork pies, ooop north we have a supermarket chain called 'Boothes' (no idea if there are any further south than Preston) and they sell these lovely pork pies with apple sauce on top. The pie isn't too big, the pastry isn't too thick and the meat and jelly are just right.
I'm really hungry right now just thinking of them. Shame you can't get pork pies in Russia...
