Please do not judge me - I just LOVE this prog. I know it makes me squirm to be British observing the antics of the family and associates but it is so funny. The producers seem to have cast the members spot-on for type.
Did anyone notice in the last episode the bit at the end where 'Lesley' (remember Dennis from Auf Wiedersehen Pet?)said "wanna come back to my place?" and after the long pause the waiter said "Yea, alright" Now remember the Monty Python sketch - Michael Palin and John Cleese? Same dialogue. Classic......

Really? I thought it WAS funny, a series ago, but now it just seems too predictable and the same jokes repeated.

Yep, me too. The character played by that Sheridan woman is annoying too.

Still worth watching, just not as funny as it used to be.

only started watching at the start of this series because a friend was there when they were shooting.
now i cant miss it, guilty pleasure....

I like it. It made me laugh out loud last night. Yip, it is not as good as it used to be, but most things aren't in the third series. It can still raise a titter

Good point actually! I only had it on in the background but it seemed more like a Soap episode last night rather than a comedy!

...Got to say though, the guy from The league of Gentleman and his wife are excellent!! He especially plays that part so naturally.
