ISP with Global Access Numbers

Can anyone recommend an ISP that has global access numbers? i.e. an ISP I can hook up with whilst travelling around the world, dialing in with a local number.

I'm trying to avoid the AOL, Compuserve route if possible.

Don't know if they do an individual user account, but we use AT&T for work, who have local phone numbers anywhere in the world.
