I know I shouldn't but I have watched this video around 10 times now and I still cant stop laughing,
"Your dogs got tits!" and "Its a japseye"

It's not! One of my staff at work has a son with Tourettes (he's only 5) and it basically produces uncontrollable 'ticks' or spasms in the muscles. I still don't believe that Tourettes is an uncontrollable urge to shout swear words at the most inappropriate but hysterically funny times.....
The whole programme that it was taken from was on TV some 6 months back. It showed him at different stages and how he and a few other people are helping others. It was an interesting programme, but it did have me in stitches quite a lot as well!
At one point, he was telling the crew about how he walks to work with his dog every day. He said that sometimes his 'ticks' would happen as he was waiting to cross the road with the dog, and sometimes he would tell the dog to cross in traffic, even though he didn't want it to. He'd have to snap out of it to stop the dog from running out in front of cars!

There's been 3 documentaries on him at different stages in his life (I own all 3 on dvd!).
He's from Galashiels, Scotland.
He's an amazing character, watching the docs I feel quite sad for him, it must've been horrible to live with (especially when young as people didn't know about tourettes) but he's learned to deal with it and can laugh at himself at some of the things he shouts. Without being nasty, it's hard not to laugh at some of the tics.
He's a hero of mine, growing up everybody knew about "F**k Off John" (as he calls himself in one of the films). I'd love to meet him, I've even went to Galashiels looking for him, but no joy.
