Sounds like an invasion of privacy...

edit: FFS, "in order for it to be a crime, they have to prove - the state and police - have to prove that he knew those people were there when he was standing there." Even if the sod knew they were there, its not like it was rubbing one off, he was making coffee.

How can anyone seriously think that walking past someone's private house in the wee hours, looking into said house and seeing a naked bloke is HIS fault? And then proceed to fk their life up? She should be fined and cautioned for wasting time.

Surely that's trespassing or something?! If they had to go onto his lawn to see him then he should be suing them!
