Car dentistry

No the car doesn't need a tooth filled! In the 2 years I've owned my car I have collected 3 dents in the sides from some careless tts opening their doors into it. I always try and park next to other decent cars or in the middle of nowhere in car parks (much to the GFs annoyance!) and have still got these dings.

Can anyone recommend someone good to fix them and who won't charge an arm and 2 legs?!?
