Im at 125k and pretty sure the car is on it's original kit.

When should I be looking to change the shocks etc? Is there any real way of telling. Atm the car is very crashy, I'm not sure if this is the nature of the vehicle or if it's the shocks or something.

Anyone got any ideas?

Thanks alot

It should be mentioned on the MOT either as a failure or advisory if the shocks were leaking. New dampers all round aren't that expensive from GSF and will transform the car if it's still on it's original kit.

Depends how keen eye'd they were then I suspect. If it's still on original kit at 125k then I'd be changing them.

I've wondered about this too. Mine's around 116k miles but I have the opposite feeling - a bit floaty. The steering's none to sharp either. Thinking about stiffening everything up...
