I may be able to get the use of a garage in the very near future but the dimensions are a little...how shall we say......worrying. Question is, I know the car will fit, but will I be able to get in/out OK ?
Dimensions are... 15' long by 7'5" wide. Will I be able to open the door far enough to get out ?

Sorry Ian can't really help as i have a double garage
but if i had the option of a garage thats a tight fit
i.e. getting in and out over the door or pushing the Griff in and out i'd take it.... if it's on a slop just chock a wheel!

I have a bog-standard single garage (1988 vintage) and the Griff goes in OK. It's easiest though if you drop any passenger off first, then drive in on the left side. That means you can open the door better.
PLUS - fix some spare carpet on the walls where the door can touch it.
For me, fore-and-aft position is critical too so I have a ping-pong ball hanging on a string from the rafter. When the ball just touches the windscreen, I know I'm in the right place.
Griffs are actually smaller than they look!

...might like to fold the mirrors in as well...makes both getting in through the opening and parking close to the offside wall safer!

A note of caution - I did that with my S3 and quite soon the nut inside the door loosened off. Very hard to retighten!
Parking slightly angled will help, ie drive in centrally to half-way, then put the nose to the left so you get more room to open the door.

Edited to add: How on earth did I manage to figure all this out 6 years ago without PH to help me

Getting my V8s down the driveway is a tight fit (garage is OK when I get there). I measured it all up and cut a groove down the drive with an angle grinder. It is then simply a case of tracking the wheels down the line and you know all is well. I fold in the drivers mirror but leave the other one out as it seemed better to scrape the mirror than the body if I miss the target.

Dont panic it should be fine. My garage is about the same width (90") & I can get in & out no problem.

The width of the car is not the problem, its the width with the drivers door open that you need to give some thought. You will have to park with the passenger door close to one wall, this will give you plenty of room to get in & out from the drivers side.

Im toying with the idea of a Cerbie at the moment but those bloody great doors mean I wont be able to park in the garage. Guesse I will have to stick with the Griff...

Hope this helps

Used to hal a tiny garage, park near the the left side as possible. You don't actually need to open the drivers door that far, if you leave the drivers window down (frameless make it much easier), and or leave the roof off.
