Hi, I got a ps3 60gb as a replacement for my old one which broke with a BLU-RAY fault so I had to pay 120 to get another reconditioned one. I've had this reconditioned one for a week now and it has developed the yellow light fault, so I rang sony up and asked them to send me a new console, and they are tommorrow. But after speaking to Sony I realised that COD 4 was in the broken system. Is there any way that I can get this out? as its my favourite game. Thanks Tom

did a similar thing to my xbox, i had no luck as all the faulty xbox's was stored into one place and to find my one would take ages, even with the correct invoice number etc etc

Put a letter in with the console when they take it away, they will get the disc out and send it back to the address you put on the letter. Be warned though, it took me 6 weeks to get my one back... you might be better off getting another copy and then flogging one off when the original comes back. Alternatively, you could hang about and wait for MW2, its less than 3 weeks away now (I would be the first to admit 3 weeks without COD4 is not good though)

Yeah as said above, It took over 6 weeks for my COD to be returned.
I bought another copy and then sold it when original turned up.

Is this the 60gb console?

IIRC you can try this:
Turn the system on from the switch at the back holding the on/off button on the front for 10 seconds then try the eject button.
