So he thinks we'll give up first? Really. What a polooka! Speeding? Unacceptable? Maybe to him, but not to the vast majority of road users....hell find himself A) voted outa office, or B) attacked by some irate white van man sooner or later...see if he still wants to be a tough guy then. EEDJUT!

You want to read the garbage that Heather Mead woman writes in the local rags.

She was asked why on one particular junction after all the road engineering a speed camera was necessary if the problem was the junction design. Why not wait a bit until we see the effects of the redesign.

Didn't have an answer for that one, silly bint.

The above post in no way makes any death or other threat to any person alive, dead or merely fictitious. Any similarity of names mentioned to any real life silly bint is completely co-incidental.

The officer, who has received one speeding ticket himself, says people wrongly perceive the scheme as a money-maker.

WTF??? this guy has been convicted of speeding and he works as a safety camera operator???

Double standards me thinks, either speeding is bad or it isn't bad...which is it to be? Do they employ convicted theives as security guards too?? (ok, bad example

Betty Jones, 79, from Worcester, said: "I think they are a good idea but some of the speed limits are too low through the villages."

..... perhaps the villages should be 40mph then you can just switch your brain off and drive at 40 everywhere. Oh right, you already do that don't you love.

That really annoys me. You get stuck behind them as they dodder around at 40 on a NSL road, then you reach a small village with people, kids etc and they carry on at 40 and leave you miles behind.
