Sorry chaps just a couple issues I require some help

Ok Had the car a few weeks now and couple things I need to sort out
First front spot lights not working The switch on dash lights up when you turn it,The fuse is in and not broke,So I changed the bulbs, and still not working ANYBODY..
There is some water in the rear behind the seats after a nights rain (Bought a cover)But would like to know how it gets there.
Now the mirrors are playing up like they won't move with the electric switch anymore

If you have a car with driving lights ( bigger than indicators ) they only come on with high beam .
Don't know about other stuff , some helpful owner will be along to help .

Hi Burnie,

If you have the larger lights like mine (see profile pic) then they come on with full beam as they are driving lights not fog lighs (as in pre face lift Tam's). The switch only operates the rear fogs. Try full beam and they should work OK.

I have had damp behind the seats and it took a while to track down. It was actually the top window seal not being quite long enough and water dripping off the rear end where it joins the roof. I ordered a stip of seal from these guys http://www.sealsdirect.co.uk/bbCMS/shopping.asp?in... and the product code is SRS1905. I also replaced the seal around the roof hoop just to be sure.

Can't help with the mirrors as I have never had to fix them

Sid' you are a star. This leak has pi**ed me off for about a year and I have not been able to find where it was coming from.

Thanks chaps will try the lights out !! Crazy but its TVR..
The leak I will see if thats the prob as well cheers ! Been out for a blast today they are great and everybody looks and smiles or nods..love it..

i remember your S2000 from a run out prob 2007- (last year was crap wx wise).
Congrats on your new purchase I don't think you'll be disappointed. How old (what year) is your new baby?
There was a facelift around 03 which changed the front lights from fogs to driving lights.
The driving lights are wider spaced & larger diameter than the fogs.

Hi Mate ya they were great runs out always plenty turninig up !! Mind you the roads up there are some of the best..wen't up to Chesterfield last week and had to go up and back the Snake...
