I find this a real P155 boiler, to put it in context, funding for grass roots sport is being reduced in Scotland as money from Lottery funds is being redirected to fund the London Olympics.

As part of 'Nu Laba' and lovies thinking, throw some money back as 'crumbs form the cake'.

Genius idea, spend £500,000 on a football pitch on which 2 games get played, then let it go to waste!

Would it not be better to put the money into a permanent facility for sport, Bl***dy lovies should be drooped on the Taliban from a Chinook, best use for them!

Wouldn't it be cheaper to find a flat piece of land, and plant the trees around the pitch? They'd be pretty tall after three years, especially if transplanted trees were used.

If you wish to comment on this here is the link - the whole thing is utter madness and a gravy train for the workshy!

Think what £460,000 could do for some organisations who really need funding.
