Mk4 Golf Gti1.8T Brakes

Just wondering what suppliers/brands would people recommend as mine need replacement ASAP. Should I just go with GSF/ebay stock items or is it worth upgrading to drilled/grooved? Any thoughts suggestions welcome.

For street use the Brembo/Pagid stuff from GSF is fine.

For harder use go grooved discs from a decent brand (see drilled ones crack all the time) and Pagid FR.

I recently changed my from brakes on my S3 to Mintex. They are pretty good, better than standard and recommended by alot of people. Oh and there is hardly any brakes dust on my wheel anymore which standard pads used to be so bad for. Got Mintex rear discs and pads coming monday hopefully. Give them a go, very respectable price too.
