Time Zones - Help Needed

Now I know this is an easy answer but I'm stuck. I need to book a hotel for two nights in Bangkok, then for one night in Christchurch. Now I can do this all online, but need to make 100% sure of the dates first. Having never travelled any sort of distance I'm confused as to how the time zones will work. Now my flight plan reads as follows:

23rd November
Gatwick - depart 20:10
Dubai - arrive 07:00 + 1 day


24th November
Dubai - depart 09:05
Bangkok - arrive 18:05


26th November
Bangkok - depart 19:30
Christchurch - arrive 15:15 + 1 day


So before I go any further, are the dates in the plan (i.e the 24th and 26th) local time or British time? Would I be right in booking the 24th and 25th for Bangkok and the 26th for Christchurch? Cheers

All times are local to where you will be at that time i think.

The arrival times are local time. So you'll leave Gatwick on 23rd Nov at 20.10 GMT. You will arrive in Dubai the following day at 7am local time. Your next flight departs at 9.05am the same day and you will arrive in Bangkok at 18.05 the same day.

You'll then leave Bangkok at 19.30 and arrive in NZ at 15.15 local time the following day.

ETA: yes those dates are the dates you should book.
