Apparently one of the Broadspeed Jaguar XJCs from the 70's will be racing at Mallory tomorrow.
I was at Silverstone when they debuted for the TT and Andy Rouse ( I think) put it on pole. It didn't finish, they never won.
They were so heavy they pioneered water injected brakes - easier than a diet??
If the car racing tomorrow wins it will be the first time one of these cars has won sine their debut in 1975
